Responsibilities of Core Network Members

Once elected, all IPA members are responsible for the following:

1. Supporting and advancing IPA’s mission.

2. Nominating a senior individual (either the CEO or Chair of their U.S. entity or their India entity) to be their sole representative.

3. Have their representative participate in all or most monthly conference calls and semi-annual retreats (sending deputies/alternates is not generally permitted).

4. Subscribe to the IPA code of conduct.

5. Integrate the IPA collective messaging platform into their external and internal communications (and participate in periodic efforts to modify and update that platform).

6. Take part in an orientation early in their time as a member to ensure they can meaningfully take part in all Alliance deliberations.

7. Make an annual contribution of at least $6,000.
